DVD Playback crashes when operation is not allowed

For example if you try to go to the menu while in the intro sequence, this is a non issue when using anydvd which is why it's not fixed yet (discovered it just recently)

Input for XNA Renderer should be XInput

Currenty it uses the forms input, it would be prudent to use XInput. It would also allow the GamePad to be used.

Going fullscreen on secondary monitor/vista

Vista still has some problems disabling Aero before going fullscreen. And i have noticed some trouble reinitializing the device when going fullscreen on a secondary monitor.
